Privacy Policy

This page describes how the MboxA Telegram bot ("the Service") handles data. By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept this policy.

What we collect

Telegram identity — your Telegram user ID, username and first name. Provided automatically when you start the bot.
Photos you upload — stored temporarily for the duration of the AI generation only.
Generation outputs — the videos and images the AI produces from your photos, stored so you can retrieve them.
Payments — Telegram Star transaction IDs and amounts. We never see your card or bank details — payments are processed by Telegram.
Acquisition source — if you arrived via an ad link, we store the campaign tag (e.g. utm_source=lp) so we can measure marketing performance.

What we do with it

Run the AI pipeline on your input photo.
Deliver the generated result back to your chat.
Track your balance and transaction history.
Detect and block uploads of underage subjects (automated age check).
Aggregate anonymous campaign metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue per source).

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not share your photos with anyone.
We do not retain uploads after processing — temporary storage is wiped automatically.
We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Retention

Original input photos are deleted from temporary storage shortly after the generation finishes. Generated outputs are retained for you to access; you may request deletion at any time via support.

Age requirement

The Service is for adults aged 18+ only. Photos containing minors are automatically detected and blocked. Accounts attempting to upload underage content are banned permanently.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting our support. Stopping the bot in Telegram (block the bot) is enough to halt all further processing on your account.
