Musebox Adds a Community Feed and Credit Mini-Games

We just shipped two big things at the same time, and they're meant to be used together. Feed turns Musebox into a place you keep open in a tab — a non-stop stream of fresh AI-generated drops from the community. Mini-games turn the credits you've already got sitting in your balance into something you can play with, win more of, or burn for the kick. Here's the tour.

Feed — a live stream of what the community is making

Feed tab in the Musebox top navigation

The new /feed route is a vertical, reel-style scroll of generations from across the platform. Every post is a real video or image made on Musebox in the last few hours or days, dropped into a shared timeline that updates around the clock.

Three things to know:

Everything in the Feed is AI-generated. There are no real images or videos in the stream — that's an explicit product rule, surfaced on the welcome modal so first-time visitors know exactly what they're looking at.

Mini-games — your credits can play

Mini-games tiles: Dice, Basketball, Football, Bowling, Darts, Slots

The second feature lives on /free-credits and at /games/. It's a small but growing set of single-roll mini-games where you wager credits from your balance and either bank a payout or eat the loss. House edge is intentionally tiny so the games are fun to keep dipping into, not punishing.

Five games live for everyone right now

All five share the same engine: a cryptographically secure RNG on our servers picks the result (your browser never sees the odds), and every round writes a single transaction with the exact profit or loss so your wallet history shows where every credit went.

Slots — opening to everyone shortly

Slots 🎰 is the sixth game in the family. It's a proper 3-reel slot with a four-layer Lottie reel animation, match-three jackpots, and a separate runner that supports multi-line bets instead of the single-roll model the other five share. It's currently in admin-only testing — we want it to feel right before opening it to everyone. Coming soon.

More games are queued behind that.

Why the games matter beyond the dopamine hit

The deeper reason: credits should feel like currency, not like fuel. When the only thing you can do with credits is press Generate, they stop feeling valuable the moment you have "enough." When you can also bet them, win them, lose them, and watch a balance move in real time — credits suddenly carry weight, and topping up makes more sense because you're not just buying renders, you're buying optionality.

It's the same idea that's kept Steam wallet and in-game currencies sticky for the last 15 years. We're bringing that thinking to AI generation credits.

How the two features tie together

Feed gives you something to want — I want to make that. Mini-games give you a way to keep your credit balance topped up between paid top-ups — I'll roll for a few more. Together they replace the old loop of visit Musebox → generate → leave with visit Musebox → scroll → remix → play → scroll → repeat.

Neither feature requires a learning curve. Open the app, the Feed tab is there in the main nav. The mini-games card sits inside /free-credits, two taps from anywhere. Both are free to try with the credits you already have.
